Self Magazine is by far my favorite health related magazine. Every week or so, I log on to the magazine’s website and read a few articles from the Food & Diet section and get great ideas for recipes and dieting advice.
It should be noted that I while I secretly envy each and every model that graces the cover of that magazine, I feel more motivated than ever to get my own set of Toned Abs by Burning 1000 Calories Without Even Trying. And now, you can too! Thank me later
